DRESS CODE
There is no official dress code at the Hi-Desert Cultural Center. Here at the Cultural Center we want our audience members to be comfortable while watching our performances. Select attire that feels appropriate to you. You will find audience members differ greatly in what they choose to wear when coming to the Cultural Center.
CHILDREN
We love kids, but young children can be disruptive to our performances. Please use discretion when bringing a child. Everyone, regardless of age and INCLUDING INFANTS & TODDLERS, must have a ticket to be admitted to the theatre. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff. Parents with disruptive children will be asked to leave. If needed, content advisories are indicated on each show definition to determine if a particular show is suitable for children.
CELLULAR PHONES, EMERGENCIES AND PAGING
Cellular phones and beepers must be turned off in the theatre. If you must be available for professional emergency purposes, please leave your phone or pager on vibrate so as to not disturb other patrons.
CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES
Actors' Equity Association strictly prohibits the use of cameras or recording devices in the theatre. Please leave such devices with the house manager before entering the theatre.
LATECOMERS AND READMITTANCE
Latecomers are seated at the discretion of the house manager, which may be as late as intermission. Latecomers may be denied admission depending on the demands or structure of a particular production. Please allow yourself adequate time to arrive, park and be seated. Should you need to leave the theatre during a performance, re-admittance and seating will be at the discretion of the house manager so as not to disturb the audience and actors.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of inclement weather conditions, unless the city officially closes all roads to non-essential traffic.
